We just got home few hours ago from Lexington to see Dad in the farm. Hubby is also taking his trailer up there so me, Kyle and ALyssa decided to go since we haven't seen this old man for a long time. He has been so busy with his farm works. He is so workaholic man in the age of 75. believe me..hehe Anyway, we don't want to go home tonight but because we ain't got no more bottles for Alyssa we deceided to go home insted. pretty long trip for almost 3 hours plus the traffic where its got a bad wreck that makes a traffic annoying. We were stucked in a road waiting in line for almost an hour. We figured to just pull over and sleep beside the road...good thing that after few minutes we started running a little bit. Bread Cinnamon Pudding

Bread Cinnamon Pudding is one of the delicious desert served mostly in the restaurant. Not to mention, this is also one of my favorite when it comes to desert. I actually planned to cook this but sadly, i don't know how. So, probably this recipe i have posted can help me somehow. I just wish i can cook this right that way we won't go outside just for the sake of this desert.

Ingredients:
5 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
4 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups milk
2/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly butter a shallow 12x8x2-inch baking dish. Butter bread slices generously with the butter. Cut each slice into 4 squares. Sprinkle raisins over the bottom of the prepared baking dish then arrange bread squares, buttered side up, over raisins. Sprinkle bread with the cinnamon.
In a saucepan, heat milk just until bubbles form around edge; remove from heat. Add sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

In a large bowl, beat eggs; stir in hot milk mixture then stir in vanilla. Pour over bread in baking dish. Set baking dish in a larger baking pan then add about 1/2 to 1 inch of very hot water to the larger pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove baking dish from the larger pan of water and let cool for about 15 minutes before serving. Can be served warm or cold. Refrigerate unused portion.
Bread pudding recipe makes 8 servings.

I don't knowwww

There are so many things going on me right now. Firstly, hubby is going for a 4 wheeler ride in other county tommorow with his dad and uncle so i need to decide where Alyssa and me will going to stay. Hubby will be staying there for a night in a rented cabin so there is no sense for me if we will go with him knowing that there are a lot of people over there staying too. Right now, i am planning to stay with my friend Gina and kinda doubt to go there since i got a super duper kulit and energetic Alyssa. I pretty sure Gina is ok with that but still it puzzled me what i am going to do. I don't want to stay here by myself and hubby don't want it neither. So, i don't know yet and right now he always bugging me if did i already make up my mind.

Beech Bend Park

We are home and back for daily routine and blogging. Last day we been to Beech Bend Park in Bowling Green which is 160 miles from home. Since its hubbys vacation, we decided to take the kids in the park to enjoy playing and experience the amazing rides. Well, not that amazing though. Beech Bend Park is little park compared to other amusements parks we ever been last couple years. But the most important thing is the kids where they can experience the enjoyable day outside. It really don't matter to me because as far as i know i really hate rollercosters and plus staying under the sun and get burnt. Yep, kids were burnt. Kyle is always whining about something that he can't sleep because of his bad sunburn in his back, Sierra was happy to see her skin tone while Alyssa looks like a little clown where you can see red spots on her cheeks and her nose. It was awful hot. The weather stays hot all day which makes me feel miserable. Below are some of our pics..

After such a long days of trying finally Alyssa figured out how to climbed up the stairs. Another boring day. And still don't know what i am going to do to make myself entertained. hehe. Hubby is actually planning of taking us to amusement parks but sadly we can't go right away because Sierra has a cheerleading practice. Kyle wanted to go to Rup Arena this friday for his bigtime favorite WWE wrestling. This is must be pretty fun and entertaining if we could afford the ticket. I hope it won't costs that much. Hay..i don't know if we stick to our plans though. Let's see in the next few days..

Dry Hair

She's Learning to Walk

Finally, Alyssa is learning to walk now. She started doing that few days ago. Mommy and Dada was happy to see her courage to step on the next level. So Boring..

What a boring day for me. I don't know if its just me or the world. The blogosphere is so quite and seems like everybody are too busy.
