My First Paella Recipe Ever!

Horrayy!! This is my first ever-made Paella recipe. I was so happy today that my Paella turn out really good, i mean it was so yummy! This is only my first time cooking Paella myself. Back when i was college, my classmates and I cooked Paella as a school activity. (we took up associate degree like a cooking class). Anyway, Paella is one of the delicious foods i encoutered before when i was studying. Though we have experienced different cook but the most unforgetable for me is this recipe.

After such a long day for me of sitting at the couch, i finally get my butt work in the kitchen. I check up the freezer then i saw the Chorizo, mussels, shrimp and pork. Goshh..i was like, i can make a Paella with this! So i started to grabbed those ingredients then start cooking! It turn out like i was cooking for a dozens of people because i cooked too many servings. It just happens that i didn't control myself of putting plenty cups of rice. Here She Goes!

Time goes by so fast, another milestone of my little girl. Lately, Alyssa showed us some different stunts. I never thought ALyssa is the same as Poray's kulit little boy, Josh. Poray had mentioned about her boy open their cabinets, banging their pans or climbing at the dishwasher and now that is what Alyssa doing. Does every kids like to play pans and dishes? I bet they are! This is what she always did everytime she's awake. She likes to go at the kitchen or at the bathroom if its open. She's not playing with the water at the toilet yet but i know she's going to discovered it pretty soon. I just hope i won't miss out closing our bathroom doors or she will learn to do it. Double safe-guarding is really needed for her right now especially when the times she like to play. I can't stop her what she likes to do, promise!..Our neighboors will probably get a cop and lock us up because of her crying up so loud.

After promising myself not to buy stuff online anymore, here i am today trying to fight these insanity. It's been a quite a while now i'm still saving this strappy sandal i found online. I have so many thoughts of not buying after i promise myself to save money. I have been spending a lot for clothes and shoes in the past few weeks. New Found Friend

Its always been a pleasure for me to meet new friends online especially with people who had the same passion like i do. Halloween Costumes

Never in my life been to Halloween party, seriously. Hubby is always wanted us to attend but we always ended up driving around and dropping off Kyle to every houses for trick and treating. Yet, i like to attend a party someday but i am a bit shy of dressing up Halloween costumes because as what i said, never in my life experience those. I just love watching kids who are dressed up with cutie costumes during Halloween. Actually, we were invited with one of my friend last year to attend Halloween Party but i insisted to go since Alyssa was too young for a party and besides, i don't see any halloween costumes fit for 3 months old baby. Our Trip

Alright! we are officially back and of course i am officially back on blogging..lol After such a long and tiring trip we finally arrived. Well, actually we arrived last night but we opted to get rest before doing our usual errands. I'm glad that my biometric is done well. We just stayed at the federal building for 10 minutes then go out, that was fast! We went there early than my actual bio schedule, gladly there is no other applicants there so we were entertained very well and get done very early. We had so much time on our trip. Everything was great even we lost so many times. We don't have GPS so its hard for us to go places. Hubby is always pulling off to the gas station to ask somebody where is such and such. Yeah, kinda hassle but it was part of the trip.

We stayed at the Galt House, which is very excellent hotel i ever had in my life. It was huge and its got so many beautiful scenery's. Below are some of our pictures on our trip.

Hey ya'll! Just thought of leaving a quick post here tonight. We already here at the hotel in the downtown of Louisville and actually we just meet my friend Becca and her husband Mike at the Mall few minutes ago. We should have spent more time together but sad to say it's getting late and the mall is got to close. hehe..We are actually late seeing them and had them wait for few minutes. It was fun and amazing get together. Well, was wishing that Poray and Paul was there though. Anyway, i will post pictures when we get home. Gotta get on bed in a few minutes because we had some important appointment tommorow. Goodnight ya'll and thanks for visiting me here!

Bio Sched

Friday is the schedule of my biometrics in Louisville. We were actually leaving tommorow because we are too lazy to get up early on Friday. Seems too tired for us if we get up early and drive for 5 straight hours especially for hubby. Me and my friend Becca agreed to meet there in the evening too. SO, this is going to be exciting at the same time little intense since i don't usually get along with new people. We just talk over the net and so on..heheh Just update here anyway. I would be gone tommorow and get back later if i can.

There are so many things i wish i had known before buying baby stuff. Not to mention i bought quite a few of junky stuff that is supposed to be for Alyssa but now we find it useless. Like the stroller that she had. It always seems like a hassle for us if we use her stroller. Folding and carrying gives too much pressure on me because it was too heavy and i always had a hard time folding. So to make it easy i just carry Alyssa whenever we go somewhere and left our stroller at home. Finally Got It

Okay..i finally got the package from china today. This package is the one that I'm talking about here in my previous post. After such a long wait (4 weeks) the item finally arrived. At least its for real, i got it and it was nice! hehhe! Last month i was browsing online and saw this green dress with great deals too. I am not into dress and greeny type of clothes but it only happens that the dress cost less cheaper for me. Maybe i was just tripping or something that time but then i was glad it was nice and most importantly it fits me. I just don't have idea when and where should i wear this. Too awkward if i wear dress for grocery shopping or fil-am get together..lol coz obvious that is the only reason i can get out from the house. Maybe i ended up giving it to somebody back in Pinas..hahaha! Anyway, I'm just glad i got the item which i never expected. Now I'm not too hesitant to order multiple items from China with the same seller. At least I'm sure i did not waste my money on buying those..

Upcoming Wedding!!

Hubby and I just attended a great wedding last month. I can say it was great because of the excellent settings and the foods are great. Even we're driving hundreds of miles to get there but the effort of going up to there was paid off. Ended, everybody had a great time. Anyway, my friends and I are actually planned for the upcoming wedding of another Pinay. We are still waiting for her to arrived though but hopefully she will be here soon! I'm sure it's going to have a lot of fun and memorable day not only for the bride and the groom but for us (guests) too. Imagine, we will have another Fil-Am couple friends around in our area soon? So, that's going to be interesting at the same time exciting.

Boyahhh!! Just a quick update here today. I feel good this morning because i recieved a letter from USCIS for my biometrics. It such an honor because my 10-year card application was fast without hassles. We sent application 2 weeks ago and now i got a notice schedule for my upcoming biometrics next friday. And guess what we were going to Louisville which is great because it is close to us and sure its easy to go since we been there couple of times too. SO, right now i am hoping that my friends (Poray and Becca) had a time to meet us there. Hopefully, Poray's dada will take Poray there for us to see each other with our babies. I'm excited for my fresh fish and veggies too. I hope, i wish...they are feeling better though. :-(
