Thinking my younger days is amazing and fun. Despite of insufficient chips in life i'm proud to say that i'm blessed to be raised in good and happy family. A family knows how to carry on despite of everything.
I still remember walking 30miles going to school back and forth. No school buss, no jeepneys. We are lucky if we can get a ride from a working big trucks with sands and gravels inside. We can't get no jeepneys back then coz it was just only limited. I mean nobody going to the same direction where our school at because they know passengers are all students, meaning they can't make enough money because students fare are low and gas is high. So we got no choice! We have to walk with slippers and wear our high heels and stockings when we arrived in the school campus.
Yep, its funny! Whenever I think of it, it does makes me smile and I’m missing it though.

My Sister's Wish
Living in the Philippines has a big difference in living here in the US. The kids here are get used to get what they want even daddy and mommy cannot really afford to buy it. Expensive games are big priority. No surprise!
I chanced upon to blog this topic because i was thinking about my little sister who is turning to 8 years old this march 1. One time I ask her what he wants on her birthday but she says she doesn't need anything nonsense but instead, she wants a piglet. Yep! She wants to raise a pig and sell it when it gets bigger. She said, our neighbor raised a pig and sold it for 9k. She says that’s a big money for her to buy another pig and raised them again. She was thinking of having piggeries from one piglet and dreaming of making it as her big business.
Hay, I’m still thinking if i should give her what she wants. I'm afraid if she might get bored and besides 8 years old is too young for raising pigs. Anyway, i already think that I will send her a b-day cake. That would surprise her, for sure! I don't care if she doesn’t want it but at least I want to have a first cake on her 8th b-day

Here i am right now trying to keep myself awake and making some of my backlog opps. I didn't even think that i did the rest of them. hahah!! Got off from Phone
I just got off from phone talking to my mom and brother back home. They said my dad and his friend was hurt from riding moped. In short, they were on accident because of the dog crossing on the street. It made them fell off. They said they are fine though. My dad was hurt on his arms while the other one has a cut on his eyebrow. He had a few stitches after they took them to the hospital. They have prescription drugs and so on.
I was about to freak out but since I know they were okay, I somewhat feel a little relieved. I still feel like sh*t right now. Oh God!!!

Night You All!!!

Going Home Tomorrow
Nothing much going on here. We are in my other cousin's house and stay here tonight. We probably go home tomorrow as early as we can. We need to get hurry though before weather gets bad. I would be happy when we gets home that way theres no hassle. I mean, Alyssa is getting worst. She was teething right now and that she always wants mama will hold her or be on her side. It does bothers when we are at the others peoples house when she cries of course, its kind of shame. I hope we will be home tomorrow early and I hope the weather won't get bad just like the other day.

MI Visit
Finally got a chance to do some of my backlog opps afterall those busy days. We are actually here at my cousin's house in Michigan to visit them and stayed here couple of days. Its our 3nd night here and tomorrow evening we were leaving here headed to my another cousin's house in other part of MI. I guess we will going to stay there for a night and go home the next morning. Its been such a tiring trip. We drove by here 500miles but we don't regret it though. Needless to say, we experienced some difficulties while going here but were happy we got here safe. I never thought the freezing rain and sleek is that bad since we never hardly get it in our place in Ky. I say, it was terrible in part of Ohio. Can you imagined the big truck in front of us almost fell out because of the icy road? Aside from that, we can hardly see the road coz it was all white in the outside.
I just hope it wont be as bad as it was by the time we go back home on Tuesday coz if it is i might stay here in MI forever. lol Well, gotta fix myself here. Time to bed! i wiull post pics later when we gets home, hopefully.

Grabbing Opps
Well i thought i have already reach my quota for today but i think i was wrong. I was happy for the second time i managed to grab 3 opps for a day but to my surprise after i submit the other one it says i cannot take the opportunity. I was wasting my 100 words..lol This wasn't my first time but 3rd times. I don't have any regrets for it though. I guess that opps isn't for me and that somebody deserves it more than i do.

I was once confronted one of my friend listed in my friendster about the picture that he had in he's profile. I mean, it was ridiculous. He was slicing he's wrist. Spades
I don't know what makes exciting if you play a game with somebody who likes to cuss around. Unpleasant, isnt it? Me and my hubby were fond of playing online spades at yahoo games. For us its very interesting game because we played to real people even its very annoying sometimes when we have to played with sick people. I mean, sick because there will be dim-witted, cocky, whiny and somebody who likes to cuss each others all the time, of course name calling is present too. Not Sure Though!
Me and my partner in crime (surigaobabe) was thinking on moving our blogs into a domain. We have so many positive as well as negative views upon discussing this issue. We have seen couple of blogs that converted from blogspot to domain. It makes me doubt to do it because we worked too hard on building trafic and backlinks for 3 months. I have 900,000 alexa here now and 25,000 technorati. If i would convert this into domain all of my hard-earned rank would be gone. In other hand, i am somewhat determined on switching this before google ranking time is coming. I say i still have months to do bloghopping, building alexa and technorati but i know the fact that it won't be as much as i have now. Absolutely, it takes too long to build good ranks. What if i this time i don't have pr again coz i don't meet the requirements of google? Confusing. I heard so many stories that google isn't fair for giving pr for even myself observed these. I have known so many blogs that don't amount anything, not much traffic, backlinks and not enough indexed pages but they are lucky they got pr3 and higher.
I would be lucky if i would change this blog to a domain and got pr next time. But i don't know, seems like my luck on pr is too far away from what i thought. Basically, my main reason from being hesitant on converting this into domain firstly, i am losing my chances whereas if i leave this alone, guaranted i have a good chance on getting pr.

Today is a hearts day. I was wondering how everybody celebrating this special day. I bought him yesterday a card and i give it to him last night when he came home from work. It was funny not to mention, my card was. I bought him a card with "To my Loving Wife" tittle. Hay..i just knew it when he read it. I was in hurry yesterday on picking it up. I freak out coz Alyssa was crying when we were at the store. I was embarrased coz everybody was looking on us. Time goes by so fast. My memories in the past are still fresh, still lurking on my mind. Its been two-years now, I still remember the aggravation caused by immigrations and stuff, the half-grown innocent woman who's leaving her family behind and took a chance to experience new life in foreign land.
I still remember getting on plane by myself headed to US, getting pregnant and now having this beautiful baby that i am most proud of.
Happiness is what i have now. Every time i hear those confusing words she burbles, seeing those gorgeous smiles, enthralling blinks of her eyes, her angelic features, energetic moves of her body, those precious little toes and tiny fingers are some of her ideal features that entirely amused me. I never thought i could handle taking care of fragile and innocent little one. I confess that this was my biggest fear before deciding to have one. I thought i couldn't be able to handle it as if nobody could help me except hubby.
From the country that i came from, families and siblings are helping together in different ways and situation. I say, new parent or young moms are lucky if ever they are having a baby. Everybody can helped her and in fact most of the times grannies are used to take care of them a lot. see? We have this trait that we influenced from ancient people; "close family ties".
I am just thrilled seeing those progress of my baby, how my sacrifies for her. I believed to what everybody said, "mother's nature". I guess it does signifies the whole. Whoever you are; young and unexperienced, you will stand by your responsibilty. You will do anything for the sake of your own child unless if you're unwell influenced by wealth and fortune.

Taking a break
Here i am again waiting for gracie to come. Speaking of gracie (opps) i thought i managed myself to snag my quota for today as what i write in my previous post. Yet, i got a chance to grab one but sadly when i submit my url post it says, its already taken. I wasn't expect that though. It happens to me 2 times now. But it was okay. Freckles and its Remedy

There are two basic types of freckles -
Ephelides - These are flat red or light-brown spots that typically appear during the summer months and fade away in the winter. These types of freckles could be hereditary.
Lentigines - Lentigines may be small tan, brown or black spot that is darker than an ephelide. This does not fade in winter. This is also a genetic condition.
Freckles may be unsightly and a cause of cosmetic concern for many. Here are some natural remedies that will help you deal with freckles at home -
Apply sour cream on your face. Do not rinse this mask off completely; gently wipe off with a soft tissue and top it up with a moisturizer.
Lemon juice is a tried and tested remedy for treating freckles. Apply lemon juice with your fingers on the affected area; lemon juice bleaches the dark spots.
Regular use of fruit and vegetable masks such as those made with apricots, strawberries, cucumbers and red currant will help lighten freckles.
Wash your face with sour milk. Lactic acid promotes gentle peeling of skin minus the irritation or dryness.
Heat honey slightly and apply to face, tap face gently with your fingers. Wash honey off with warm water then rinse with cool water. Stir in a little quantity of wheat germ into the honey before applying.
Horseradish juice or horseradish vinegar, or oatmeal dabbed on the skin is also helpful in lightening freckles.
Apply parsley juice mixed with equal amounts of lemon juice, orange juice, and red currant juice under your favorite cream will help you keep your freckles invisible.
Apply odorless castor oil or vitamin E at night before going to bed.
Dissolve some sugar in the juice of one lemon. Apply mixture to each freckle with a brush.
Grind yellow mustard in milk and apply to the face during the night. Wash your face the next morning.
Onions also can be used for removing freckles and age spots. Slice a red onion in half and rub on the spots twice daily. Continue until the spots fade.
Applying buttermilk on freckles is thought to help in lightening them.
Mix an equal quantity of turmeric and sesame seeds. Grind in water and apply to the face.
Take a watermelon, make a hole in its rind and introduce some grains of rice in it. Take out the rice after a week. Grind into a paste and apply on the face.
To lighten freckles, mash 1/4 cup of unripe currants and mix with 1 tbsp. of unpasteurized honey. Put on freckles and leave on for half an hour. Rinse off with warm water and dab on diluted fresh lemon juice.

Just Got Home!
We just got home from a long trip. We picked up the vehicle from Lex. Its kind of funny when we got cars dealers close to our house but we prefer to drive 150miles. Its worth it though. We both satisfy of what we got.

Not Good!!
Horrible day! i'm sleepy and feeling dizzy. I never slept good again last night because of the heavy winds blowing out. I thought it was tornado again. Stormy Night
I just got up! My day isn't that good. I wans't able to sleep good last night because of the heavy storms. Hubby and i were keep waking up see the TV news and alerts. There were 3 people killed last night by tornado from different county. First time i've seen such a fearful lightning, thunderstorms and heavy winds in US. haha! It was bad. The school were closed today. I'm glad its okay now but still little bit dark outside.
Even we experience heavy storm last night, hubby opted to go to car dealers to get him a new car. I decided not to go with him because i know its awfull cold and besides i don't want little sissy will be dragged out for different places. He is going to the different car dealers to find good deals. (syempre..You gotta need it!!)

Home Remedies for wrinkle on skin

A paste of turmeric made with sugarcane juice is great to get rid of wrinkles and slow skin ageing.
Cut a green Thompson seedless grape in half and gently crush it on your face on the wrinkles. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water and let it dry in natural air.
Rub the core of pineapple on the face and leave it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off. This works well on fine wrinkles.
Applying juice of green pineapples and apples on the face daily for 10-15 minutes is good for fine wrinkles and cracked skin.
