Norms tagged me on this. It was funny coz i need to dig on everything and arrange on what's in my wallet and took a picture on it. Apologize for the mess huh?

Here is my uninteresting old Natashia wallet. I bought it before when i was in the Philippines. It was already ripped off a little bit but I prefer to keep it coz it has a sentimental value for me.

What's in it?

Obviously, I got so many junk receipts from walmart and other stores. I am kinda like my mom keeping those unwanted receipts. Also I have a quite a few of pictures of me, Alyssa and hubby when he is on the military before. I have my ID's (permanent resident card, high school ID), health insurance card, G3 telecom calling card, SSN of Alyssa and mine, doctor's appointments, Alyssa's immunization record card, what else on there? Obviously no money, i had a few of coins hidden inside hard to see them coz it was buried of junks and the last my western union receipt.

Baked-Mashed Potatoes

This is one of my favaorite american dish. I am always fixing it in mostly occasions like this xmas and probably this new year. My hubby like it so much as well as the kids. It is a lot different from regular mash potatoes that he always cooking. I am glad i found a great way of fixing mashed potatoes.
Note: cream cheese gives them a richer flavor. So, its neccesary to have it if you are looking for a fantastic baked mashed potatoes.

READY IN 1 Hr 35 Min
SERVINGS & SCALING
Original recipe yield: 12 servings

INGREDIENTS
5 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 onion, grated
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, and cook until tender but firm, about 15 minutes; drain.
In a large bowl, mash potatoes with the butter and milk. With a hand mixer, beat in cream cheese and onion. In a small bowl, beat the egg with a little bit of the mashed potatoes. Stir into potatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until puffy and lightly browned.

Her Presents

Here is my baby opened her christmas present yesterday. She got a 20 dollars from her papaw (grandfather), a jumper, bunch of clothes from her daddy and my friends. It was funny because mostly the size of clothes are 16 and 18 months. She's just turn to 5 months old tomorrow. Does she look like 18 months? hmmm!

Christmas In Our Hearts

Christmas is about 7 hours to go. In about 3 hours, kids and my in-laws will gonna be here. They are going to spend Christmas here at home. I am busy doing my chores, cleaning a bit, thinking of what i am going to cook for tomorrow. Well, we were not be able to celebrate noche buena together tonight. Hubby is at work. He is on night shift. We are going to have a Xmas celebration tomorrow morning coz in afternoon at 4o'clock he will be gone for work again. He is working at the Federal prison so there is no excuses, either holidays or not he has to work unless its days off. But they're going to pay him for working on holidays anyway.
After a little argument, hubby finally went to the store and get some groceries. Alright, there is no reason for me not to cook now. He provided me everything according to my grocery list.
I am wishing that we have a good Christmas. Even though, celebrating of Christmas here is a lot different in the Philippines. I'm sure my family back there are enjoying. My mom texted me last night she said, they have a disco, parlor games, masquerade ball, which was my favorite game. Hayz...I miss celebrating Xmas in Pinas. I miss the children's carolling, the alarming boom of firecrackers, the coffee from the church during simbang gabi, a biko from my mom (so delicious), invitations from the neighbors, drunk people dancing and singing etc. Doubtless wonderful, isn't it?

Just sharing some of Alyssa's photos today. She was whining earlier when i was at the computer. I already give her a bottle but she still didn't stop. I know she was sleepy. Time for her to take a nap but i just can't take her out from the swing coz i was busy doing something at the computer. So I ignored here. After a little while, i was wondering why she was so quite. She falls asleep at her swing on that position. I grab the camera and took a picture. Then i started to get her out and lay her on the couch but she woke up and smiling. She was happy when she knows i picked her. I tried to put her to sleep again but she never go back to sleep. Instead, she was smiling and smiling, playing at the same time making some funny noise.

Happy Mood

Yohoo! i got 113 dollars today for writing reviews on such products and websites. I am happy i never thought i won't go this far. Although 113 dollars is not that much compared to a regular job but i think its worth it. I am glad that by just staying here at home taking care of my baby and doing some entries for blogs could earn me a little of dollars. It is by far from what i thought. Before, when i heard somebody says, they make a little bit of extra on blogging i was thinking like it was foolish or insane. I just let it go and never attempt to try it. Who have been thought somebody would give you a money by just writing your opinions. Actually i have a couple of blogs before but i kept on deleting it when times that i feel like i wanted to. I never expect that i could earned tru it and above all if i keep it i should have more of extra bucks from writing such reviews. Christmas Party

Hey you all! I think i need to write something new in here now. Its been 2 or 4 days i haven't post anything that is a little more sense. It's a lame shame knowing that i just have posted tags on here. Seems like i was blogging for tags and can't make my own idea or just too lazy to write. (hmm) So, here it goes.

We been to a Filipino Party today. We drove about 3 hours to get there. It's a pretty long trip for just a party but its worth it. We got home at 2:00 AM. I think it was great! There are a lot of Filipino and American foods and drinks. We were dancing, playing parlor games and giving xmas presents. Oh well, i never give a presents cause i haven't wrap it yet! (lol) We have a good time except Alyssa. She's been crying the whole time. She was jerking whenever somebody talk to a microphone or play a music. I think she don't like a party. Its too noisy for her. She don't get used to a very loud and crowded area. Another reason is, the temperature there is kind of hot (80 degrees but 40 degrees outside). She's crying whenever somebody holds her. Oh Gosh! Hubby kept taking her out to the lobby. I could have a perfect party when she was doing okay but i have a good time anyway.
Right now Alyssa was sleeping soundly like a big tired laborer. hehe! She maybe think "this is my home and this is my place where i always like to be".

Pretty Life Online : Overusing dashes for separation, this interrupt the flow of my words. Typing too fast so sometimes I miss out and my fingers end up misspelling the words.....LOL!

SuperNova & SweetPain: I am not really good in spelling, so I tried to write it on Microsoft Word in order to help me with the proper corrections, without reading my sentences back again for a second review I forgot that I have words mix and the grammar got crocked sometimes, so I went back and edit it again even if I already published the entry. Reason why I did it, because I don’t what to miss what’s inside my head and if I kept on correcting every word, I surely would forget that will be the next.

CC/Chalyza: Firstly, I always had a wrong grammar specially when i had a lot of things going on my mind. Whenever i made a post i keep on editing even i already published it. Buffet

Buffet restaurants is not a good place to eat for those who are on diet. You will be attract when you see those tasty looking foods. Who doesn't? Considering the money that you pay for it, it would be great if you grab so many different kinds. You say, its worth it!

We have been to the buffet restaurant today. Since its "eat all you can", i eat a lot of different kinds of foods. I had 2 plates all together. No deserts, no salad. I was thinking that maybe if i could get salad i couldn't be able to eat more such as steak, bbq and fried chicken which was my favorite. Well, i grabbed my favorite foods and eat most of it. So far, so good! I never did pay attention to deserts after finish eating two plates. It was nice! Foods are taste good, excellent service, great restaurant, endeed a very wonderful day for me.
